Urban Development and Natural Resources Assistant Minister Datuk Len Talif Salleh said he is looking forward to the completion of the project called Tegas Digital Village (TDV) which was previously approved by Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg.
“As the chairman of Tegas, I am excited for the project entrusted to me by the chief minister being realised.
“The TDV is expected to be completed by the end of June 2021 after a slight delay due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“The formation of TDV will empower technological and social entrepreneurs, in line with the government’s desire to promote innovation and entrepreneurship for the state to progress,” he said.
This was said in his Facebook post today. On Wednesday, he visited the project site of TDV at the Sama Jaya High Tech Park where it is in its final stages of construction.
“I hope TDV will be an inclusive platform for youths and entrepreneurs to interact, receive guidance and gain access to experts and investors in the global market.
“At the same time, it is a long-term government initiative to produce more young entrepreneurs and create jobs in Sarawak,” he said.
The Kuala Rajang assemblyman hoped with the inclusive platform provided by the state government for youths, they can help develop Sarawak.
