Malaysia Airlines encourages passengers to arrive early


KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airlines has encouraged its passengers to arrive early for self check-in and printing of baggage tags before proceeding to the baggage drop counters.

In a statement today, the airline said, this will help passengers avoid long queues at the airport during the coming holiday season.

“They can choose to check in via web on or MHmobile at which opens 48 hours till 90 minutes before departure.

“There are dedicated counters at B16 and B17 in Kuala Lumpur International Airport for passengers requiring special assistance,” it said.

The airline said it will open additional check-in counters at row G for selected flights from 6.00am to 9.30am, as the volume of passengers was expected to spike due to Hari Raya Haji and school holidays.
